PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. Purpose of the Partnership

The purpose of this partnership is to create a mutually beneficial collaboration between SOL Edu and the Partner (referred to as "the Partner", meaning the institution or organization as specified by the applicant in the application form) through joint marketing activities, student promotions, event sponsorships, and/or special discounts.

2. Duration

This agreement shall commence on the submitted date and remain continuous unless terminated earlier by either party with 14 days' written notice.

3. Responsibilities of Each Party

SOL Edu agrees to:

• Promote the Partner through its website, social media, events, mobile application, and student network
• Offer opportunities for the Partner to participate in student events and campaigns
• Include partner branding in relevant marketing materials
• Contact the partner once every year to review, update, and confirm the list of discounts or special deals to ensure they remain accurate and up to date

The Partner agrees to:

• Offer discount or special deals to SOL Edu students or staff upon presentation of SOL Edu physical/digital membership card* and coupon code. The specific benefits to be provided are as listed in the "Benefits" and "Terms & Conditions" sections of this form
• SOL Edu physical/digital membership card:
     
• Display SOL Edu promotional materials (e.g. flyers, posters) at their store if applicable
• Participate in co-branded marketing or event activities when agreed

4. Use of Logos and Branding

Each party agrees to use the other's name, logo, and branding only for agreed-upon promotional activities and with prior approval

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during this partnership private and not disclose it to third parties without written consent

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time by providing 14 days’ written notice. Any ongoing promotions or commitments must be honored or concluded amicably

7. Agreement

By accepting below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this agreement
