offering a pathway to residence for those ready to make New Zealand their new home.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"920\">The visa is valid for up to 4 years and applicants can include their partner and dependent children in their application.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid dt-default\" style=\"margin-top: data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1115\">NZD 2 million investment:<\/strong> Fast-track residence eligibility after just 12 months<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid dt-default\" style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px\"><div data-end=\"1324\">business operating for at least 5 years<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1396\">\n<p data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1396\">Meet the <strong data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1360\">minimum investment<\/strong> of NZD 1 million or NZD 2 million<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1397\" data-end=\"1479\">\n<p data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1479\">Hold at least <strong data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1445\">NZD 500,000 in reserve funds<\/strong> for personal and family support<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1631\">\n<p data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1552\">Have proven <strong data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1517\">business experience<\/strong>, such as owning a business with:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1631\">\n<li data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1593\">\n<p data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1593\">At least 5 full-time employees, or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1596\" data-end=\"1631\">\n<p data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1631\">Annual revenue of NZD 1 million<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1632\" data-end=\"1662\">\n<p data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1662\">Be <strong data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1660\">55 years or younger<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1736\">\n<p data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1736\">Meet <strong data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"1690\">English language<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1692\" data-end=\"1702\">health<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1708\" data-end=\"1721\">character<\/strong> requirements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid dt-default\" style=\"margin-top: data-end=\"1968\">\n<p data-start=\"1936\" data-end=\"1968\">Fast food and takeaway outlets<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1969\" data-end=\"2030\">\n<p data-start=\"1971\" data-end=\"2030\">Gambling or tobacco-related businesses (including vaping)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2031\" data-end=\"2054\">\n<p data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2054\">Adult entertainment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2055\" data-end=\"2094\">\n<p data-start=\"2057\" data-end=\"2094\">Home-based or franchised businesses<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2095\" data-end=\"2128\">\n<p data-start=\"2097\" data-end=\"2128\">Immigration advisory services<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid dt-default\" style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2 style=\"font-size: 36px;text-align: data-start=\"2321\" data-end=\"2351\">To qualify, applicants must:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2353\" data-end=\"2831\">\n<li data-start=\"2353\" data-end=\"2409\">\n<p data-start=\"2355\" data-end=\"2409\">Remain <strong data-start=\"2362\" data-end=\"2383\">actively involved<\/strong> in running the business<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2410\" data-end=\"2451\">\n<p data-start=\"2412\" data-end=\"2451\">Maintain the same <strong data-start=\"2430\" data-end=\"2449\">ownership share<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2452\" data-end=\"2506\">\n<p data-start=\"2454\" data-end=\"2506\">Employ at least <strong data-start=\"2470\" data-end=\"2504\">5 full-time equivalent workers<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2507\" data-end=\"2625\">\n<p data-start=\"2509\" data-end=\"2625\">Create and sustain at least <strong data-start=\"2537\" data-end=\"2556\">1 full-time job<\/strong> for a New Zealand citizen or resident (lasting at least 12 months)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2626\" data-end=\"2686\">\n<p data-start=\"2628\" data-end=\"2686\">Prove the business is <strong data-start=\"2650\" data-end=\"2684\">financially stable and solvent<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2687\" data-end=\"2775\">\n<p data-start=\"2689\" data-end=\"2775\">Meet <strong data-start=\"2694\" data-end=\"2720\">residency requirements<\/strong> (minimum 184 days spent in NZ each year for 3 years)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2776\" data-end=\"2831\">\n<p data-start=\"2778\" data-end=\"2831\">Continue to meet <strong data-start=\"2795\" data-end=\"2819\">health and character<\/strong>
